Our Mission
Our mission is to be a union that unites, organizes, and empowers educators of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools to build power and advocate for their professions and their students. That means we don’t just defend our members—we fight for students and families too. We push for pro-education policies, help elect leaders who believe in strong public education, and fight for educators to have a greater voice in decision-making.
